Please read these terms carefully before using the kb44 platform. This document serves as a legal agreement between you and kb44 and applies to all services on the platform.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kb44 platform and all services under it. kb44 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services in Bengali for users in Bangladesh.

Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to use kb44's services. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. kb44 may request documents for age verification at any time and reserves the right to restrict account activity until verification is complete.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each person is permitted to open only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts may be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
During registration, you must accurately provide your full name, mobile number, date of birth, and any other required details. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation. If you need to update your information, please contact the support team.
2.4 Account Security
Keeping your username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login details with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately via live chat.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
kb44 provides financial transaction facilities through popular mobile banking channels in Bangladesh. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity.
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. No deposit below this amount will be accepted.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks).
- The account number and amount must be entered correctly when making a deposit. kb44 will not be responsible for any delay or complication resulting from incorrect information.
- Any deposit may be temporarily held if suspicious activity is detected.
Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals must be made to the registered mobile banking number or bank account.
- Standard processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours. This may be longer while a verification process is ongoing.
- Withdrawals may be on hold until account information has been verified.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from bonuses (see Section 04 for details).
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
All bonus offers from kb44 come with their own terms. Accepting a bonus means you have agreed to the specific conditions of that bonus.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, a ৳2,000 bonus is added, making your total balance ৳3,000. Winnings from the bonus become withdrawable only after completing bets totalling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only be used in your own account and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
- kb44 may withdraw or modify any bonus at any time, but the original conditions will continue to apply to bonuses that have already been claimed.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent activity may result in those accounts being cancelled.
- A bonus is never direct cash; it is credit available for use in betting.
4.3 VIP Programme and Weekly Cashback
Regular members can participate in kb44's VIP programme across three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8%), and Gold (up to 1.2%). Cashback is calculated based on the week's net losses. Example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160. To advance to a higher tier, consistent activity and increased play volume are required.
Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct
Involvement in any of the activities listed below is strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is detected, the account may be cancelled and the associated balance may be forfeited.
- Using fraud, manipulation, or automated software to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or the transfer of illegal funds.
- Betting on behalf of a minor or through their account.
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an undue advantage.
- Accessing or attempting to access another person's account.
- Conducting unusual or suspicious activity outside the pattern of normal betting.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or offers.
Intellectual Property
The design, logo, content, software, and other elements of the kb44 platform are intellectual property owned by kb44. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using them commercially is strictly prohibited.
Game content (such as games from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe, and other providers) is the intellectual property of the respective providers and is governed by their own terms and conditions.
Users may use the platform's features for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Privacy and Data Protection

- kb44 is not responsible if a game is interrupted due to a server outage or technical error, but a fair resolution will be sought for any affected bets.
- kb44 is not responsible for internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
- kb44 is not directly responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
9.2 Enforcement of Terms
If any clause of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to be fully effective. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between kb44 and the user and supersede any prior oral or written agreements.
Account Cancellation and Suspension
10.1 Closure at User's Request
You may request account closure at any time via our 24/7 live chat or email. It is possible to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed; however, any bonus funds with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be withdrawn.
10.2 Closure by kb44
kb44 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Participation in prohibited activities as described in Section 05.
- Registering with false information or failing identity verification.
- A serious breach of any clause of these Terms.
- Detection of suspicious financial activity.
Changes to Terms and Contact
11.1 Right to Make Changes
